Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
- (use agave as a raw alternative)
- 1 1/2 cup full of coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
- 1 1/2 cup of fresh fruit of your choice
- Pecans for topping
Directions:
- In a small bowl, add the coconut milk, chia seeds, salt, and maple syrup.
- Mix all the ingredients until very well combined.
- Put the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- When ready to eat, top with 1 1/2 cup of your favorite fresh fruit, and top with pecans.
