Dessert pizza done the healthy way: Add a burst of color from fresh fruits and berries as your topping on a lightly-sweetened crust with coconut cream sauce.

  • 1 box of cookie mix
  • 1 cup of strawberries cut in half
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 cups of grapes
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 3 clementines
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 container of vegan coconut whipped cream (or greek yogurt)
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. of agave agave ✓ or honey


  1. Prepare cookie mix per box instructions and mold into oval shape.
  2. Bake cookie crust as instructed on box.
  3. Mix whipped cream, vanilla extract, and agave in a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove cookie from the oven and pour in a bowl.
  5. Peel and slice clementines and kiwis.
  6. Once the crust is cool, spread the whipped cream mixture, then layer with fruits.
