Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup of finely ground oats
  • 1 bag finely ground chamomile tea
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shea butter
  • 5 drops geranium essential oil
  • 5 drops tea tree oil
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 1 tbsp. vitamin e oil

Directions:


  1. Finely grind the oats and chamomile tea leaves into a powder blender or food processor.
  2. Melt the coconut oil until it has a liquid consistency.
  3. Add coconut oil, olive oil, vitamin E oil, and shea butter to the dry mixture.
  4. Add the essential oils into the mixture.
  5. Mix all together.
  6. Once mixed well, transfer to a small glass jar.
  7. Store at room temperature.

Oats
