Ingredients:


  • 1 scoop powdered greens
  • 1 cup coconut milk (alternatively, use 1/2 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 1 cup water)
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 serving probiotic powder
  • 1 cup of fresh pinapple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Pumpkin seed to garnish

Directions:


1. Start with a blended base of coconut milk, cucumbers, lemon juice, celery, and pineapple.
2. Add spinach, greens powder, probiotics, and flax seeds to your blender.
