Ingredients:


  • 3 small (or 1 large) cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 6 cups filtered water
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:


  1. Blend the cucumbers with 1 cup of water. Strain and transfer to a pitcher.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pitcher, and mix well.
  3. Allow the blend to set for a couple of minutes so that the chia seeds expand.
  4. Serve with ice, and enjoy!
