Ingredients:
- 3 small (or 1 large) cucumbers peeled and chopped
- 6 cups filtered water
- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
Directions:
- Blend the cucumbers with 1 cup of water. Strain and transfer to a pitcher.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the pitcher, and mix well.
- Allow the blend to set for a couple of minutes so that the chia seeds expand.
- Serve with ice, and enjoy!
