Ingredients:
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of olive oil (skip if going raw)
- 1 cup of cashew nuts (soaked for at least 3 hours)
- 3 tbsp of filled water
Directions:
- Leave cashews soaking in water overnight with enough filtered water to cover all of the cashews. Note: If you are a real garlic lover, add some garlic cloves to your cashews while they are soaking. This will add more of an intense garlic flavor to your cheese!
- The next day, rinse the cashews and add them to the blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil, and about 1 1/2 tbsp of water) and blend together.
- If you prefer a creamier product, continue adding the water while blending until your desired consistency.
