Ingredients:


  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of olive oil (skip if going raw)
  • 1 cup of cashew nuts (soaked for at least 3 hours)
  • 3 tbsp of filled water

Directions:


  1. Leave cashews soaking in water overnight with enough filtered water to cover all of the cashews. Note: If you are a real garlic lover, add some garlic cloves to your cashews while they are soaking. This will add more of an intense garlic flavor to your cheese!
  2. The next day, rinse the cashews and add them to the blender.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients (4 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil, and about 1 1/2 tbsp of water) and blend together.
  4. If you prefer a creamier product, continue adding the water while blending until your desired consistency.
