Ingredients:


  • 2 1/4 cups of oats
  • 2 1/4 cups of of all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 3 cups of organic mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tbsp of tapioca flour

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the oats, flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and coconut oil. Mix until the oil is well incorporated (you can mix with your hands if you wish).
  3. In a medium/large baking pan, spread about 2/3 of the content and press down with your finger tips to make an even crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the berries with the unsweetened applesauce and tapioca flour and pour over crust.
  5. Top with left over oatmeal mix.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cut into squares after it cools down.
