Ingredients:
- 2 large bananas
- 1/2 cup of chocolate flavored protein powder
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- Almond butter to top
- Nuts to top
- 6 popsicle sticks
Directions:
- Slice bananas into thirds and insert popsicle sticks into each piece.
- Place banana pieces on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Whisk the protein powder and melted coconut oil until evenly combined.
- Remove bananas from the freezer and dip into chocolate. When the chocolate coating the banana piece begins to harden, place banana popsicles back on the tray.
- Top with pieces of nuts and drizzle almond butter.
- Place back in the freezer for 1 hour or overnight.
