Chocolate Protein Banana Pops

Ingredients:


  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate flavored protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • Almond butter to top
  • Nuts to top
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Directions:


  1. Slice bananas into thirds and insert popsicle sticks into each piece.
  2. Place banana pieces on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  3. Whisk the protein powder and melted coconut oil until evenly combined.
  4. Remove bananas from the freezer and dip into chocolate. When the chocolate coating the banana piece begins to harden, place banana popsicles back on the tray.
  5. Top with pieces of nuts and drizzle almond butter.
  6. Place back in the freezer for 1 hour or overnight.
  7. Enjoy!
