Ingredients:


  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tbs of vanilla extract (or skip if going raw)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
  • (use agave as raw alternative)

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a lid.
  2. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 5-6 hours.
  3. Top with fruits, nuts, or even more seeds!
  4. Place back in freezer for 2 hours.
