Ingredients:
- 2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp. chlorella powder
- 1 cup Medjool dates
- Optional: 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until evenly combined.
- Using clean hands, form paste into bite-sized balls.
- Optional: Use extra coconut shreds or sesame seeds to coat the energy bites.
