Ingredients:
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan or vegan parmesan alternative
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until a dough-like consistency is formed. If the dough feels too dry, add a little water.
- Roll out dough over parchment paper on your kitchen counter. Cut dough into squares.
- Transfer to a baking sheet. Note: if possible, try to reuse the parchment paper from the previous step to cover the baking sheet.
- Bake crackers for about 5 minutes on each side (10-16 minutes total baking time). The time may vary from oven to oven. If you want to make them crispier, leave crackers in the oven a little longer.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
