Ingredients:


  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan or vegan parmesan alternative
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend until a dough-like consistency is formed. If the dough feels too dry, add a little water.
  3. Roll out dough over parchment paper on your kitchen counter. Cut dough into squares.
  4. Transfer to a baking sheet. Note: if possible, try to reuse the parchment paper from the previous step to cover the baking sheet.
  5. Bake crackers for about 5 minutes on each side (10-16 minutes total baking time). The time may vary from oven to oven. If you want to make them crispier, leave crackers in the oven a little longer.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
