Ingredients:


  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (of choice)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tsp. of oregano
  • 1/2 cup of flax seed
  • Pink himalayan salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Extra cheese to top

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cut cauliflower in florets and pulse in food processor until cauliflower resembles rice.
  3. Steam cauliflower "rice" and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add the minced garlic, oregano, Himalayan salt, and pepper and mix well.
  5. Lastly add the cheese, flaxseed, and cauliflower rice and mix well until evenly combined.
  6. Separate dough in 2 and mold each half on a rectangular shaped baking sheet.
  7. Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
  8. Top your crust with extra cheese and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted.
