Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of shredded cheese (of choice)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tsp. of oregano
- 1/2 cup of flax seed
- Pink himalayan salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Extra cheese to top
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Cut cauliflower in florets and pulse in food processor until cauliflower resembles rice.
- Steam cauliflower "rice" and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add the minced garlic, oregano, Himalayan salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Lastly add the cheese, flaxseed, and cauliflower rice and mix well until evenly combined.
- Separate dough in 2 and mold each half on a rectangular shaped baking sheet.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes.
- Top your crust with extra cheese and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese has melted.
