Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

Ingredients:


  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup of your favorite wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup of plain almond milk (make your own by saoking almonds)
  • 3/4 cup of brown rice flour
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • Sunflower oil for coating baking tray

Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Coat a large baking sheet with the sunflower oil.
  3. In a large bowl, separate the cauliflower head into florets.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the spices, flour, and nutritional yeast.
  5. In the large bowl with the cauliflower florets, coat the florets with the almond milk.
  6. Take the florets covered in the almond milk and then coat with the flour mixture.
  7. Add the flour coated florets to the baking sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Next, flip the cauliflower florets over, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  9. Once done, add the cooked cauliflower to another large bowl, and add the wing sauce.
  10. Toss to coat, and pair with some celery sticks and vegan ranch dressing.
