Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 3/4 cup of your favorite wing sauce
- 1/2 cup of plain almond milk (make your own by saoking almonds)
- 3/4 cup of brown rice flour
- 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of onion powder
- Sunflower oil for coating baking tray
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Coat a large baking sheet with the sunflower oil.
- In a large bowl, separate the cauliflower head into florets.
- In a separate bowl, combine the spices, flour, and nutritional yeast.
- In the large bowl with the cauliflower florets, coat the florets with the almond milk.
- Take the florets covered in the almond milk and then coat with the flour mixture.
- Add the flour coated florets to the baking sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes or until crispy.
- Next, flip the cauliflower florets over, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Once done, add the cooked cauliflower to another large bowl, and add the wing sauce.
- Toss to coat, and pair with some celery sticks and vegan ranch dressing.
