Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chipotle
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
- Mix seasoning blend together.
- Place salmon on baking tray, coat both sides with olive oil.
- Season salmon with blend.
- Top with parsley and lemon (juice and zest).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve warm.
