Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 tbsp of flax seed
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of goji berries
  • 1/3 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of agave
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:


  1. In a food processor, pulse oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, dried blueberries, goji berries, dark chocolate chips and macadamia nuts and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix in peanut butter and agave until evenly combined.
  3. Pour dry ingredients from food processor into medium bowl with peanut butter blend.
  4. Using your clean hands, mix all ingredients until dough is formed.
  5. Mold dough into balls, cover in yogurt and place on plate.
  6. Sprinkle with unsweetened shredded coconut.
  7. Place in fridge for a few hours or until yogurt is firm.
