Ingredients:


  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Greek Yogurt
  • Shredded coconut
  • Dried blueberries
  • Goji berries
  • Popsicle or skewer sticks

Directions:


  1. Cut each banana in half and then cut each half again.
  2. Using only the top curved half, place a popsicle or skewer stick through the banana.
  3. Dip each banana half in yogurt.
  4. Top with shredded coconut to cover the yogurt.
  5. Decorate with eyes using the dried blueberries and a mouth using the goji berries.
