Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup blackberries
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 peppermint tea bags
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 cups seltzer
- ½ cup water (to make peppermint tea)
Directions:
- Make the tea by boiling ½ cup water and placing the 2 peppermint tea bags in boiling water. Follow suggested tea brewing directions. Note: For stronger flavor, let the tea brew for a little longer. Allow the tea to cool.
- In a shaker, mix in blackberries, lemon juice, honey, and peppermint tea; strain into serving glasses.
- To each serving glass, add about 1 cup of seltzer and top with ½ tsp chia seeds.
