Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp. matcha powder
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup of chopped cashew nuts
- 1/3 cup of sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp. of melted coconut oil
- 4 tbsp. of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. pink himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup of raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup of goji berries
- 1/2 cup of dried mulberries
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 250 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oats.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove oats from the oven and pour in a bowl.
- Sprinkle seeds and cashews nuts on top of oats.
- Add about 2 tbsp. of matcha, and spread the mixture evenly.
- Mix in the coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
- Spread mixture back on the baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the oven.
- Add the dried fruits and sprinkle with leftover matcha.
- Once cooled, add the cacao nibs.
- Serve immediately or store in container with a lid.
