Ingredients:


  • 3 tbsp. matcha powder
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of chopped cashew nuts
  • 1/3 cup of sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp. of melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp. of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup of goji berries
  • 1/2 cup of dried mulberries

Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 250 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread oats.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove oats from the oven and pour in a bowl.
  5. Sprinkle seeds and cashews nuts on top of oats.
  6. Add about 2 tbsp. of matcha, and spread the mixture evenly.
  7. Mix in the coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
  8. Spread mixture back on the baking sheet and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Remove from the oven.
  10. Add the dried fruits and sprinkle with leftover matcha.
  11. Once cooled, add the cacao nibs.
  12. Serve immediately or store in container with a lid.
