Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup of cauliflower (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of blackberries
  • 6 oz. of coconut milk
  • 2 oz. of water
  • 2 tbsp. of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of crushed ice
