Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of cauliflower (shredded)
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 6 oz. of coconut milk
- 2 oz. of water
- 2 tbsp. of maple syrup
- 2 tsp. of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of crushed ice
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
