Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup sesame seed butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeastflakes
  • 2 tsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Directions:


  1. Soak the Medjool date(s) in warm water for 2 minutes to soften it a bit. Remove the pit(s).
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or immersion blender. Pulse until everything is blended well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a glass jar, scraping the mixture from the walls of the blender.
  4. Spread on toast, and enjoy!
