Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 serving collagen powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
  • 1/2 apple cut into bit-sized cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp. honey

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a mason jar, and refrigerate overnight.
