Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 serving collagen powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
- 1/2 apple cut into bit-sized cubes
- 1/2 tbsp. honey
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
- Transfer to a mason jar, and refrigerate overnight.
