Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 2 tbsp. filtered water
  • 1/2 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • 1 tsp. flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix chia seeds with water; set aside, allowing it to form a gel.
  2. Preheat the oven to 395 degrees.
  3. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients (including the chia gel). Knead with your clean hands until it forms a dough with a smooth consistency. Note: If the dough is too dry or crumbly, add a little more water.
  4. Place the dough in between parchment paper sheets, and roll out using a rolling pin. To make the chips turn out crunchy, make sure to roll the dough out as thin as you can in the shape of a pizza (circle).
  5. Cut triangle shapes into the dough (as you would with pizza slices).
  6. Place the pieces on to the parchment paper, and bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes or until golden. The time will depend on how thin the dough was rolled out.
