What you'll need:
- 1 Package Bob's Red Mill® Gluten-Free Brownie Mix.
- 3 Eggs.
- 1/2 Cup butter‚ melted.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease an 9" x 9" baking pan.
Step 2: Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs and butter and mix well. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Step 3: Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean‚ about 30 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting.
Makes 16 brownies.
