If you’re looking for a liquid herbal supplement that could potentially work to support overall well-being‚ you might want to try Herb Pharm’s Yerba Mansa Extract.
Notably‚ yerba mansa—which is an herb that’s also known as anemopsis californica—was used by several Native American tribes in the Southwest in order to relieve mild constipation as well as other stomach and intestinal problems.
Yerba mansa extract may also work to support respiratory health. Specifically‚ this product may help address coughing‚ a runny nose‚ and other symptoms related to common cold.
Moreover‚ yerba mansa extract may have a mild anti-inflammatory effect. As a result‚ this supplement might work to alleviate certain symptoms associated with catarrh (inflammation of the mucous membranes in your respiratory tract)‚ such as nasal congestion.
Last‚ yerba mansa root may help address mild joint pain and stiffness related to excess uric acid buildup‚ since it can potentially serve as a gentle diuretic.
Each bottle of Yerba Mansa Extract by Herb Pharm contains one fluid ounce of solution‚ which is prepared with yerba mansa (anemopsis californica) roots.

Great for Sinus problems
Master Herbalist Jim McDonald recommends Yerba Mansa for sinus problems. This is a warm herb & is to be used when your mucus is thick stuck inside your nose & clear/white. I have allergies & sinus problems. I have been using this for 1 week & I notice a 30% improvement in my sinus blockage. I put 5-18 drops in a little bit of water 2-3xs a day. I also mix it in w/ my Neil Med Sinus Rinse (about 10 drops) 2 or 3 xs a day. Jim McDonald says not to over do it or you can irritate the situation. He recommends Yerba Mansa for long term use to get the full benefit. As I see more improvement I will decrease the dosage.
