Adults take 2 tablets twice daily at least 45 minutes before meals with water.

Wobenzym Plus by Douglas Laboratories is great for fighting spinal stenosis and L4/L5. Recommended by holistic chiropracter.
Only 2 pills/day, and easy to swallow.
