Antioxidants are molecules that protect your body from the harmful effects of free radicals‚ the byproduct of oxidation. Oxidation and free radical creation happens all of the time in your body naturally‚ but there are also outside sources of free radicals; some of the most common are tobacco smoke and pesticides. Free radicals change the structure of your cells‚ sometimes even killing them. The cells damaged by free radicals are believed to lead to health problems.
When it comes to antioxidants‚ vitamin E is considered one of the best around. This nutrient may support cardiovascular health‚ while also working to prevent the formation of excessive blood clots. While supporting the heart‚ vitamin E is also good for your eyes; its antioxidant properties may prevent a decline in vision as you age‚ which is commonly due to oxidation damage within the macula of the eye (the macula allows you to see fine details).
Since your brain needs a large amount of oxygen to function‚ it's probably the organ most at risk of free radical damage. Vitamin E can help you protect your brain from cell damage‚ preventing cognitive decline and memory loss.
There are several dietary sources of vitamin E. However‚ you can also get a sufficient amount by taking a supplement like Allergy Research Group’s Vitamin E Succinate. Each vegetarian capsule provides 400 IU of vitamin E.
One bottle of Vitamin E Succinate by Allergy Research Group should last from two to three months when taken at the recommended dosage of one capsule‚ once or twice daily.
Allergy Research Group has been providing high-quality‚ hypoallergenic supplements for over 30 years. Its unique supplements incorporate the latest scientific discoveries‚ making Allergy Research Group products the choice of many physicians and other healthcare practitioners to support the nutrition and health of their patients.

Overall Rating for Vitamin E Succinate - 100 Vegetarian Capsules
Vitamin E Succinate
I finally found a type of vitamin e that doesnt give me a headache. I hunted down Vitamin E Succinate at the recommendations of Dr. Russell Blaylock (google him). Also trying to find any supplement without (toxic) magnesium stearate is a real challenge and Vitamin E Succinate is without. I actually do seem to get an energy boost taking these (I take 3/day w/meals) but low energy isnt why Im taking them.
* No Magnesium Stearate
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
