U-Tract Complex by Progressive Labs is formulated with D-mannose to help treat UTI and help promote urinary tract health. In addition to D-mannose‚ U-Tract Complex also features White Willow Bark (for possible pain relief)‚ Cratavin Standardized Extract (which may help treat UTIs)‚ and Swedish Pollen Extract.
The majority of urinary tract infections (UTIs) are a result of the bacteria Escherichia coli (E. coli) ending up in the urinary tract. E. coli is a natural constituent of our intestinal tract; however‚ in other parts of our body‚ it can cause trouble. The bacteria is covered in finger-like structures called flagellum. These flagellum are also covered in lectin‚ which allow the bacteria to stick to the walls of the urinary tract. If left untreated‚ it's possible that E. coli can end up past the urinary tract and into the bladder‚ resulting in discomfort and pain.
That's where Progressive Labs' urinary tract supplement‚ U-Tract‚ comes in. Being formulated specifically with D-mannose‚ it's possible that U-Tract can help the body flush out trespassing and unwanted E. coli. The D-mannose in U-Tract has the potential to make the environment of your urinary tract unlivable for bacteria. This is possible because as D-mannose makes its way through your system‚ it ends up going through your urinary tract. As it does‚ D-mannose coats the inner lining of the urinary tract‚ rendering it impossible for the flagellum of E. coli to stick to the walls. This then allows them to be either weakened enough for your immune system to handle or flushed out through urine.
Progressive Labs recommends a dosage of four capsules three times a day until the issue is resolved.

Overall Rating for U-Tract Complex Caps - 120 Capsules
Urinary Tract Health
My Urologist had recommended an ongoing antibiotic regimen to keep UTIs away. I never like to take antibiotics for long periods and if not absolutely necessary so Ive tried many OTC products as well as herbal supplements to help with my chronic UTIs. I have found U-Tract Complex Caps to be the most helpful in keeping them at bay.
