      Ultimate Flora Women's Complete Probiotic 90 Billion by ReNew Life works! One thing I will say is once it is opened, needs to be refrigerated. I have been taking this for over 3 years and if I stop for more than a day, my body lets me know. Recommended by my MD as the best to take.
