In some cases‚ it may lessen nasal congestion‚ throat irritation‚ or coughing. Finally‚ it might help you fall asleep more quickly‚ while also helping you stay asleep for the whole night.

Take 50 drops with water three times a day for 1.25 milliliters of liquid silver linden bud extract (the equivalent of 6.25 dried milligrams). Each 4.2-ounce bottle of Unda’s GEMMO Tilia Tomentosa should last for over three months.

      My naturapath suggested this product as an addition to valerian when I need something to mitigate stress and slow my mind down. I found it works really well to help me be tired before bed. In general it's an excellent relaxant and it gives me that extra boost toward mellowing out that I need when heading to bed.
