Dosage

Adults: Take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 oz of water and drink immediately. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.

      Super Colon Cleanse by Health Plus is beneficial, however, they changed an ingredient in the product which makes this less effective. I always purchase my fiber products from Pure Formulas and have always been completely satisfied with my shopping experience.

      I agree with the other reviewers that something is different with Super Colon Cleanse by Health Plus. I usually use Super Colon Cleanse to jump start my workout but not as effective as it use to be.

      I agree with the other review that said something has changed about Super Colon Cleanse by Health Plus. When I use to take Super Colon Cleanse it would give me thorough cleansing, but now its not as effective. It still tastes horrible but doesn't work as good as it use to....very disappointed!

      Super Colon Cleanse by Health Plus changed a few years back. Hasn't been as effective since. It does work, but not as quickly, and leaves you with more of a crampy/bloating feeling.
