excellent for trauma
Useful for trauma current or past. Again with essences they often need to be taken frequently for a finite amount of time in order to be really effective

Helps with trauma.
I'm recovering from surgery and Star of Bethlehem Dropper by Flower Essence Services has helped me a lot during the healing process. It has also been helpful with my Post traumatic stress disorder I take it along with a 5 flower blend and another flower essence.

Flower Remedies have helped to teach me that a negative state of mind/emotions can be a kind of illusion. The world can look like a prison or a turmoil at one moment then after a drop of the right flower remedy resume its beauty and order. Get BACH FLOWER THERAPY by Mechthild Scheffer (or some other book) and remember to look in it for help when your world or your friends world is falling apart.
