Too soon to tell if this is having a noticeable effect--also, this isn't really a product that you "feel" working--but I trust this brand based on how they source and extract their ingredients.

  I've used this product to keep my immunity strong against the viruses going around. I like that this product contains mushrooms grown in Olympia, Washington and not other countries. We can trust the purity of the product. I take half the recommended dose and along with my other immunity supplements has kept all the air born viruses away from me.

  New to Stamets 7 by Host Defence particular with Host Defense item. I was looking for an extra immune boost for my family during a very bad lingering cold circulating recently. I've taken the Turkey Tail before with very good results over time. Heard very positive recommendations for this one in overall immune and cold fighting support. Will keep on hand for general immune and future cold support. Love using the myceum for extra immune health and well being, but they are rather pricey and expensive for daily usage.

  I am a believer in mushrooms the more I learn about them and I have been using several by this brand for quite a while now. Stamets by Host Defense I particularly like for the combination Mr. Stamets has included.
