I was a little worried about this spray from the other testimonies about the burning feeling, but I gave it a try and I'm so glad I did. I have had sinus infections from season changes for the last 3 years or so, that just had me so miserable, I always needed antibiotics. I didn't want to go thru that again, and I found this product. Since I used their Oreganol already, and love that product, I thought I'd try this. Well...I have to say it burned like the dickens the first week I tried it. I used it twice a day, once in morning and before going to bed. After I used it for a while, it seems that the burning was not real bad. So .... I don't know if this is true or not....but it seems like maybe when the sinuses are really bad (because mine were)....that it may burn more than when they are better. I'm happy to say that I did not have to take ANY antibiotics this past fall and although, it takes a little longer when you use natural products, it's worth it. I can't say this is true for all people, but just saying this is my experience. I love love love this product!!!!! I only use it once before going to bed now faithfully. If I feel like my head is getting stuffy, I'll use it twice a day - which has been rare. I'm just glad I tried it. (when I first started using it, I sprayed a bit too much of it, several times....(I never used a nasal spray before so I was not familiar with how to use it). Just don't overspray when the bottle is full...it really was too much...it burned....but it went away in a few minutes). :)

I have both my sons and husband on this . There has been nothing that works for them as this does . They use this and don’t have to take allergy pills . Absolutely the best thing !
