Works well with NAC for male health
Took with NAC 600mg daily for 2 months. Iranian research study showed it boosted testosterone levels in males around 20 percent, but then steadily declined after 3 months. Felt good ergogenic effects from the combination.
If I feel my throat feeling congested it seems to help with that. Thyroid? Selenium is necessary for proper thyroid function.
Be careful to watch your intake. This is a high dose and daily recommended intake is around 400mcg. If you're eating brazil nuts and/or your multi vitamin already has a high level be cautious. One a day is plenty.
