Description

Black elderberry syrup inspired by centuries of use. Elderberries have traditionally been used for immune support.

Pure‚ potent black elderberry extract is made with select cultivars of black elderberries (Sambucus nigra L.) handpicked in select locations across Europe. The potent extract is standardized for Flavonoid BioActives® and contains a high level of naturally occurring anthocyanins. Flexible dosing for traditional immune support allows for daily maintenance and intensive use for both adults and children.

  My grandkids started preschool at 2 and 3 years of age. At that time they also started being sick every day for, it seemed a year. I don't remember how I was introduced to Elderberry Syrup but I can tell you that they are 95% better in the cold category than they were when they started preschool. They are now 5 and 6 and usually take this everyday all year long. They seem to have only sniffles when colds are going around. Granted they have been a little sicker than that at times but I can count the events for both of them on one hand now. I love this brand, the kids love the taste and it works wonders!!

  Pros is that it helps immunity for the kids, I haven't tried it myself but I don't get colds often. It is agreeable to their taste buds and that's very important. Cons is that it is a little pricey but I'm good with that and the only other issue I have is that it does have a high amount of sugar.

  I haven't used this while I have a virus but I work as an ICU nurse and have used this to protect myself against the COVID virus with success so far. Tastes great.
