This item is overpriced on this site by at least $30. I have been taking it for a little over a year and assume it's doing some good - not hurting anywhere. Just do a search to buy. This is not the best price at all!

Dosage

Adults / Children 3 and over: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) three times daily
Children under 3: 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) three times daily

Most effective before meals. For sensitive adults and children‚ an introduction period is recommended. Start with 1/8 teaspoon (0.5 ml) daily‚ slowly working up to the recommended usage.

Precautions

  ION Gut Health does not do anything itself, but it does allow the healing of the epithelial lining of my gut, and, therefore, it allows the healing of my blood-brain barrier so that the brain-fog and forgetfulness does not affect me anymore. I can think more clearly also. Thank you, Mother Nature..
