Sleep Spray did not rescue.
Although I have found the Rescue Remedy products to be excellent over the years, this is my first experience with the Rescue Sleep Spray by Bach Flower Remedies. As with my regular, unfortunate sleep pattern, I still wake up after 4 hours of sleep and am unable to go back to sleep for at least 2 hours.
Convenient easy to use packaging.

On the box the Rescue sleep states that it has 27% alcohol as an Inactive ingredient. I would like to know exactly what that means. What purpose does the alcohol serve and isn't it habit forming...or at least should it be avoided if a person is a recovering alcoholic? If so then the specifications on the site should say that as well.A
Rescue Sleep does contain 27% alcohol by volume, and its purpose is as preservative. In your situation, there is a product called alternative formulation in Rescue Sleep Melts. These are gelatin capsules that melt in your mouth, and each melt contains the same dose of Rescue Sleep as is in the spray. The liquid inside the capsule uses glycerin as preservative. They are alcohol-free.
