Ingredients:


  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 10 drops ylang ylang essential oil
  • 10 drops ginger essential oil
  • 2 tbsp pink himalayan salt

Directions:


  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pour into a glass jar with a tight lid.
  3. Add about 1/3 cup of bath salts into a bathtub filled with warm water.
  4. Soak for at least 20 minutes to reap the aromatic benefits!
