Ingredients:


  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (alternatively use 2/3 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 1 cup of water)
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 scoop probiotic powder
  • 1 scoop berry-flavored collagen powder
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • Optional garnish: berries and/or rosemary sprig

Directions:


  1. Place everything except honey in a blender; blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more coconut milk.
  2. Taste and add honey for sweetness if desired.
  3. Pour into two glasses, and garnish with fresh berries and rosemary sprigs if desired.
  4. Serve chilled.
