Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (alternatively use 2/3 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 1 cup of water)
- ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 scoop probiotic powder
- 1 scoop berry-flavored collagen powder
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana sliced
- Optional garnish: berries and/or rosemary sprig
Directions:
- Place everything except honey in a blender; blend until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more coconut milk.
- Taste and add honey for sweetness if desired.
- Pour into two glasses, and garnish with fresh berries and rosemary sprigs if desired.
- Serve chilled.
