Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. sausage (any vegan sausage), sliced 1-inch thick
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 cup red wine
- 1/3 cup agave
- A pinch of smoked paprika
- A pinch of black pepper
Directions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, red wine, agave, a pinch of smoked paprika, and black pepper to the pan. Bring the pan to a boil and continue to boil until the liquid reduces to a glaze for about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with toothpicks and enjoy!
