Ingredients:


  • 1 1/4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
  • A handful of cashew nuts
  • 1/3 cup of cashew milk (make your own by soaking cashew nuts)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp hemp hearts
  • Dash of red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms (reserve for garnish)

Directions:


  1. Wash and dry your fresh mushrooms. Chop them up.
  2. Add all ingredients (except the garnish mushrooms) into your blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
  3. Pour the mushroom soup mixture into a bowl, and garnish with remaining mushrooms and some red pepper flakes for an added punch of flavor.
  4. Eat immediately!
