Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
- A handful of cashew nuts
- 1/3 cup of cashew milk (make your own by soaking cashew nuts)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp hemp hearts
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms (reserve for garnish)
Directions:
- Wash and dry your fresh mushrooms. Chop them up.
- Add all ingredients (except the garnish mushrooms) into your blender. Blend on high until very smooth.
- Pour the mushroom soup mixture into a bowl, and garnish with remaining mushrooms and some red pepper flakes for an added punch of flavor.
- Eat immediately!
