Ingredients:


  • 1 can of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup of beet sugar
  • 1 cup of organic apple juice
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cloves
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice

Directions:


  1. Place all ingredients (except lemon juice) in a crockpot and stir well.
  2. Cook on low for 5-6 hours, stirring every hour.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
