Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups of coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of canola oil
  • 1 tbsp of baking power
  • 1 tsp of salt

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix dry ingredients until combined.
  3. Add vegetable oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  4. Spread evenly into a 9x5inch brownie pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until brownies are set on the top.
  6. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
