Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of canola oil
- 1 tbsp of baking power
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
- Mix dry ingredients until combined.
- Add vegetable oil, water, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Spread evenly into a 9x5inch brownie pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until brownies are set on the top.
- Remove and allow to cool before serving.
