Ingredients:
- 3 cups water
- 3 1/2 tbsp ground cashew nuts
- 4 tbsp maple syrup (add more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (add more to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (add more to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
- Add water, cashew powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until everything is combined and the texture is very creamy.
- Place in an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight).
- Serve cool; froth using a handheld frother. Garnish with optional toppings like coconut flakes and a dash of cinnamon.
