Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp of salt

Directions:


  1. Soak cashews in boiling water for an hour. Drain and rinse.
  2. In a powerful blender, add all ingredients, and blend until a creamy mixture is formed.
  3. Enjoy with your favorite crackers, chips, or use it as a spread in a wrap.
