Ingredients:
- 1 cup of raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 4 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp of salt
Directions:
- Soak cashews in boiling water for an hour. Drain and rinse.
- In a powerful blender, add all ingredients, and blend until a creamy mixture is formed.
