Ingredients:
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
Directions:
- Heat oil over medium heat
- Add in almonds and stir constantly until browned
- Once cooled, add to food processor until you get a flour-like consistency
- Next, add in honey and coconut sugar
- Mix until consistency paste-like
- Line your mold of choice (I used bread baking pan) with clingy plastic wrap
- Pat paste down with a spatula
- Wrap with clingy plastic wrap and allow to set overnight
- Enjoy!
