Ingredients:


  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

Directions:


  1. Heat oil over medium heat
  2. Add in almonds and stir constantly until browned
  3. Once cooled, add to food processor until you get a flour-like consistency
  4. Next, add in honey and coconut sugar
  5. Mix until consistency paste-like
  6. Line your mold of choice (I used bread baking pan) with clingy plastic wrap
  7. Pat paste down with a spatula
  8. Wrap with clingy plastic wrap and allow to set overnight
  9. Enjoy!
