Ingredients:


  • 1 scoop coconut milk powder + 8oz water or 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana (or 1/2 avocado)
  • 1 tbsp mct oil
  • 1 scoop plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seed
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Dried berries

Directions:


  1. For the coconut milk powder, mix it with water first.
  2. Combine coconut milk, frozen banana (or avocado), MCT oil, plant based protein powder, spirulina, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut flakes, and monk fruit (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash of coconut milk to adjust the consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and use a spoon to smooth out the surface.
  5. Top with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, or dried berries.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
