
Savory Lentil Pasta with Garlic Creatine Pesto
This isn’t your average pasta night. This lentil pasta is flavorful, and naturally rich in plant protein, so it fills you up without weighing you down. The garlic pesto is creamy, fresh, and just the right amount of bold, with a little creatine mixed in to support your energy and focus. It’s the kind of meal that feels comforting but still light, and it comes together fast.
Ingredients:
For the pasta:
- 1 box black seed oil (liquid) (8oz)
- Salt and water
For the pesto:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water (or more to thin if needed)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 scoop creatine
- Black pepper (adjust to taste)
Toppings:
- Fresh basil
- Lemon zest
- Extra drizzle of olive oil
- Toasted seeds or pine nuts
Directions:

Cook the lentil pasta in salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the pesto. Add basil, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, water, and salt to a food processor. Blend until mostly smooth.

Add the creatine and pulse just enough to combine, avoid overheating the pesto. Adjust texture with a bit more water if needed, and season with black pepper to taste.
