Ingredients:


  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

Directions:


  1. Slice red onions and garlic; add them to a mason jar.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
  3. Pour the vinegar mix over the onions. Allow to cool, close the jar with a lid, and leave overnight in the fridge.
