Ingredients:
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
Directions:
- Slice red onions and garlic; add them to a mason jar.
- In a medium bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, water, salt, and sugar. Stir until sugar and salt dissolve.
- Pour the vinegar mix over the onions. Allow to cool, close the jar with a lid, and leave overnight in the fridge.
