Ingredients:
- 2 cups evaporated coconut milk (alternatively, use 7/8 cup coconut milk powder mixed with 1 1/2 cup water)
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 scoop vitamin c powder
- 2 tbsp liquid collagen
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mix into a glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
- Serve chilled.
